CINNAMON BUN LOAF OR ROLL 
2 pkgs. yeast (or 3 tbsp. yeast)
1 c. lukewarm water with 1 tbsp. sugar (let stand 5 minutes)
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
7 c. bread flour

To yeast mixture add 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Add melted butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and rest of flour to make soft dough. Knead lightly and place in greased bowl - cover and let rise in warm place for 2 hours or until doubled.

Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins. Roll up and cut in 1 inch thick pieces. Let rise to double size - bake for 20 minutes in 425 degree oven.
