SAUSAGE - EGG BRUNCH 
5 slices bread, pulled apart
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs, slightly beaten
Sausage, cut in bite-size
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Place bread pieces on bottom of buttered 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Place sausage on top of bread and sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk and dry mustard. Pour evenly over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 50 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
