4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 oz. chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
Walnuts

Boil sugar and milk 9 to 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in butter, chocolate chips, marshmallows and vanilla until melted. Add nuts, stir and pour in buttered cookie sheet and let cool.
