DIANE'S CARROT CASSEROLE 
6 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 stick butter
1 c. Velveeta cheese
Dill weed (optional)

Cook carrots and onions until tender. Melt butter and cheese together. Drain carrots and onions; put in a casserole. Pour cheese mixture over carrots. Sprinkle with French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
