CARROT CASSEROLE | |
3 tbsp. butter 1 onion, sliced 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 4 c. sliced carrots 1/2 tsp. salt Bread crumbs Melt butter in skillet. Brown onions lightly. Add undiluted soup, cheese, carrots and salt. Mix well, pour mix in greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs brown lightly. |
