SANDWICH SPREAD 
12 green peppers
6 med. green tomatoes
1/2 c. salt
7 red peppers
3 lg. onions

Grind together; add salt and let set overnight.

In the morning, drain thoroughly. Boil 1 pint vinegar with 4 cups sugar. Add 3 tablespoons flour, add ground mixture and simmer 1/2 hour. Add 1/2 small jar mustard and 2 1/2 quarts of mayonnaise or salad dressing. Can and seal. Makes 10 pints.
