SOURDOUGH BREAD | |
Starter the same 4 c. sifted flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. fat Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix as in muffins. After adding sponge and fat to well, add enough more flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured bread board for 10 to 15 minutes. Place in bowl; let rise in warm place 2 hours. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes. |
