3 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 stick butter
1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies

Beat 3 boxes of pudding with 3 cups of milk. Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese and add to the pudding mixture. Also add 8 ounces of Cool Whip.

Roll the Oreo cookies into crumbs and mix with 1 stick of melted butter.

Spread 1/2 of the crumb mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 11 dish-pan. Add pudding mixture in a layer and cover with the remaining crumb mixture and refrigerate. Serve chilled!
