HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
4 lg. potatoes, sliced
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 sm. onion
2 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1 can green beans
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Brown meat and drain. Lightly grease casserole. Place 1/2 potatoes in casserole, add salt, pepper, onion, and green pepper to meat and add meat to casserole; beans and remaining potatoes. Combine soup, water and salt. Pour over top and bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Can also use peas with celery soup; red kidney beans with tomato soup; or corn with Cream of Chicken soup.
