HONEY CHICKEN 
4 boned chicken breasts
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. butter
Cooking oil
1 tsp. curry
1/3 c. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter. Stir in honey, curry, mustard and salt. Set aside. Brown chicken in frying pan with a little oil. Drain oil. Put chicken in casserole and pour mixture over it. Bake for 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Yield: 4 servings.
