ROLADEN 
Top round sliced very thin lengthwise (best if done by deli or meat department)
Onions
Pickles
Mushrooms
B acon
Paprika
Mustard
Salt and pepper
2 bouillon cubes
Flour and gravy

Wash meat. Salt and pepper it. Add a lot of paprika and spread on mustard. Put mushrooms, pickles, onions, and bacon on top of mustard. Roll and close with toothpicks. Put in casserole dish, add bouillon cubes and water for gravy. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour. Can use onion soup mix if desired.
