SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/3 c. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls, then brown in 1 tablespoon butter. It makes about 20 to 25 balls.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
13 oz. can pineapple tidbits (reserve syrup)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. chopped green pepper

Mix together cornstarch and brown sugar in saucepan. Stir in pineapple syrup, vinegar, and soy sauce. Heat until thick. Add green pepper and pineapple tidbits. Then add brown meatballs. Serve over cooked rice.
