FULL O' BOLONEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 c. cubed bologna (about 1/2 lb.)
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 lg. slices American cheese, quartered

Combine all ingredients, except American cheese, in a deep 1 1/2 quart, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole. Heat, covered, in microwave for 15-16 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Top with cheese and heat, uncovered, for an additional 30 seconds or until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
