FULL O' BOLONEY CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed 1 1/2 c. cubed bologna (about 1/2 lb.) 2 tbsp. minced green pepper 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 2 lg. slices American cheese, quartered Combine all ingredients, except American cheese, in a deep 1 1/2 quart, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole. Heat, covered, in microwave for 15-16 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Top with cheese and heat, uncovered, for an additional 30 seconds or until cheese melts. |
