BANANA BARS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed very ripe bananas
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. In large mixer bowl combine dry ingredients. Add next four ingredients and beat until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or frost.

FROSTING:

3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
