BANANA CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 c. buttermilk

Cream butter; add sugar and cream. Add eggs; beat. Add bananas. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk. Add vanilla and beat well. Bake in a 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c.oleo
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
1 box powdered sugar
Milk or cream

Cream butter, cream cheese and bananas. Add powdered sugar, milk or cream if needed. Add pecans and vanilla. Frost cake when cool.
