OVEN BAKED CRAB DIP | |
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. Chablis or other dry white wine 1/2 tsp. onion juice 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained & flaked Chopped fresh parsley Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Gently stir in crabmeat. Spoon crabmeat mixture into a lightly greased 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm with crackers. |
