VIENNESE PANCAKES 
6 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Beat in blender or food processor until smooth.

FILLING:

4 c. thick applesauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
Cinnamon, nutmeg

Combine and heat. Heat 8 inch skillet. Grease lightly. Cook batter 1/8 at a time. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Alternate layers of pancake, filling in springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Remove sides. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cut into wedges. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
