SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. consomme or bouillon

Saute onion in butter, mix all together except soups. Form into small meatballs and brown in butter. Put in casserole. Mix soups together. Pour over meatballs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
