2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins
3/4 cup Tostito's Creamy Spinach Dip
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp milk or cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

Heat a pan or skillet to medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in the pan. Cook thoroughly, turning occasionally, until no longer pink.

In a bowl, combine spinach dip, cheese, and milk. Microwave for 1 minute or cook in a saucepan until heated through.

After the chicken is completely cooked, place in a serving dish and pour spinach mixture over the chicken.

Serves 1-2, but this recipe can be easily multiplied.
