RHUBARB COBBLER 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1-2 qts. rhubarb, chopped
3/4 - 1 c. sugar to sweeten rhubarb

Melt butter in 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder; add milk. Pour butter over batter, but do not stir. Place fruit in pan and sweeten to taste. Pour batter over top; do not stir. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
