STRAWBERRY PIE (Peach or
Raspberry)
 
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. water

Mix well and cook boiling 3 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Bake pie shell; cool. Fill pie shell with sliced fresh strawberries. Pour cool glaze over top. Chill and serve with Cool Whip.

Excellent for fresh peaches or raspberries. Just match the Jello flavor to the fruit being used.
