MAC - LASAGNE | |
2 lb. box sm. elbow macaroni 2 lb. ground beef Sm. jar spaghetti sauce 1 can tomato sauce 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk 4 slices mozzarella cheese 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 8 oz. shredded cheddar Parmesan cheese, grated 2 env. sazon Salt, cumin, oregano & pepper 2 tbsp. butter 2 cloves garlic or garlic powder In a deep pot of boiling water, pour in salt to taste, butter and macaroni. In frying pan, cook meat, garlic (mashed), cumin, oregano, sazon and salt until well done. Add a little spaghetti sauce and mix well. Drain excess grease. Drain macaroni and put in pan with meat mixture. Mix well. Add Parmesan cheese and mix. In casserole, spread some tomato sauce over bottom of dish. Pour in macaroni- meat mixture. Spread uniformly. Beat eggs with milk. Pour into casserole. Shake casserole to spread egg mixture. Cover mixture with shredded cheeses. Then top with mozzarella cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with white rice. |
