CHICKEN ALA KING 
WHITE SAUCE:

3 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour

Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

Add:

1 lb. chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. dry sherry

Simmer until flavors are blended and chicken is opaque and cooked through. Stir often, being careful not to scorch bottom of pan.

Serve over small biscuits, in patty shells or over wide egg noodles.

Serves 12.
