DANISH BUTTERMILK PUDDING 
1 pkg. gelatin (1 tbsp.)
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. cream, whipped

Dissolve gelatin, water, and sugar over boiling water. Mix orange juice and buttermilk together. Add vanilla. Combine all ingredients (except whipped cream). When it begins to set, add whipped cream. Chill until firm.

This can be made into a pie. Make a crumb crust using 2 packages arrow root cookies, 1 cube butter, bake slightly before adding filling.
