1/3 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
8 ice cubes (1 c.)

In a blender container combine buttermilk and orange juice concentrate. While blender is running, drop in ice cubes 2 at a time. Cover and blend until smooth. Serves 1.
