GRAPENUT BREAD 
3/4 c. Grapenuts
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins or dates, if desired

Soak Grapenuts in milk for 30 minutes. Add beaten egg. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together. Add to Grapenuts mixture. Add dates or raisins. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
