WILD RICE AND MUSHROOMS 
1 (3 oz.) can broiled sliced mushrooms (2/3 c.)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. wild rice
1 c. long grain rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Mix beef broth, liquid, and enough water to make 2 cups. Add onions and bring to boil. Add rinsed wild rice; reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add long grain rice; return to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes longer. Add mushrooms and butter; heat briefly; add parsley. Serves 6-8.
