NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
12 1/2 c. flour
5 c. of Fluffo or shortening
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder

To make a 2 crust pie use 1 1/2 cups of mix above (packed firm). Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup ice water. Mix with fork until it all clings together. Roll out half at a time to fit pan.
