1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. pkg. croutons
1 lg. jar applesauce
1 sm. can apricots
1 c. mixed nuts
1/2 c. yellow raisins
1/2 c. dark raisins
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

In a large mixing bowl combine croutons, applesauce and apricots; mix well until very soft. Add meat and rest of ingredients. Mix well. Stuff turkey or place stuffing in a baking dish. Bake until golden at 350 degrees.
