AMBROSIA 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 med. banana, sliced
1 med. orange, sectioned
1 med. apple, chopped
1/4 c. shredded coconut
Lettuce cups

Combine softened cream cheese, milk, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add fruit and coconut; mix lightly. Chill. Serve in lettuce cups. 2 to 4 servings.
