COTTAGE CHEESE AMBROSIA 
1 lg. (32 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
1 sm. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. flaked coconut
2 lg. red apples, diced with skin
1/2 tsp. salt
Few drops of red food coloring

Mix all ingredients in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Serve. Keep refrigerated.
