MINT DESSERT 
30 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
24 lg. marshmallows, or 2 1/2 c. mini-marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared as directed
Green food coloring
1 tsp. mint flavoring

Make a crust of the crumbs and butter. Press into 13 x 9 pan and freeze. Melt marshmallows in milk. Cool until almost syrup. Add whipped topping and flavoring and coloring to marshmallow mixture. Beat well. Pour over crust. Top with some of the crumbs reserved from the crust.
