PEPPER JELLY 
1/2 c. green and red hot peppers, finely chopped
3/4 - 1 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo, food color (optional)

In large saucepan, bring peppers, sugar, and vinegar to hard boil. Remove pan from heat and cool 5 minutes. Add Certo and food color. Pour into sterilized jars. Makes about 12 baby food jars or 4-5 half pint jelly jars.
