MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 c. noodles (8 oz.)
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. minced scallions
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles, drain. Brown meat. Stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and green pepper. Mix noodles and cheese mixture together in a 2 quart casserole then put meat over noodle mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Serves 4 to 6.
