BAKED CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. beef bouillon
2 c. water

Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle bouillon over chicken pieces. Add water. Cover with oil tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 2-3 hours. Chicken comes out tender, great way to prepare chicken breasts for casseroles or enchiladas, too. To brown, uncover last 1/4 hour.
