LEMON HERB CHICKEN 
4-6 skinned & boned chicken breasts
Seasoned flour (salt, pepper & paprika)
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme

Dip chicken in seasoned flour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in baking dish and dip each chicken breast until coated on both sides. Bake 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients with butter. Turn chicken over and pour lemon sauce over all. Cook 30 minutes longer.
