JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
2 c. boiling water

Mix Jello with boiling water. Add frozen orange juice, and stir until dissolved. Add mandarin oranges and pineapple; set in 9x13 inch pan. Add topping.

TOPPING:

1 lg. pkg. instant lemon pudding
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix pudding according to directions. Add Cool Whip and put on top of set Jello. Add grated cheese for garnish.
