JOE'S PERSIMMON ASPIC 
2 c. persimmon pureed
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. orange juice
2 pkg. Knox gelatin, softened
Candied ginger

Combine in a baking pan, square or round. Refrigerate and chill until set. To serve, cut into squares or wedges, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped candied ginger.
