TUNA CASSEROLE | |
2 cans tuna (6 oz.) packed in water, drain 2 cans undiluted mushroom soup 1 can water chestnuts (sliced) 3/4 can water from water chestnuts and water 2 c. diced celery 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped parsley 1/4 c. cashew nuts 1 (8 oz.) sauteed fresh mushrooms 2 cans dry Chinese noodles Combine all ingredients except Chinese noodles. Bake 325 degree oven until thoroughly heated. Put noodles in just before taking out of oven. Serves 12. Can freeze. |
