8 oz. cream cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk ham
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Hot Texas Pete
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped onion

Mix ingredients together well and roll in parsley flakes.
