24 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Shaved chocolate (optional)

Mix crushed Oreos and butter. Press into a 9 inch pie plate. (May use ready-made chocolate crust.) Refrigerate. Mix fluff and creme de menthe; then fold in the whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with extra crumbs or shaved chocolate. Freeze. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
