GRASSHOPPER PIE 
CRUST:

20 chocolate creme-filled cookies (Oreo)
1/2 c. butter

Crush cookies, mix with butter. Press into 9 inch pan and chill.

FILLING:

30 regular marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. creme de menthe (green)
3 tbsp. creme de coaco (white)

In double boiler melt milk and marshmallows. Cool. Fold whipped cream into cooled mixture. Fold in creme de menthe and creme de coaco and a few drops of green food coloring. Chill or freeze.
