GRAHAM CRACKER PIE | |
18 graham crackers, finely ground 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. melted butter Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9" pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. FILLING: 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. sugar 3 egg yolks 2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Combine cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan, and then add egg yolks and milk. Blend together. Cook over medium high heat until thick. Remove from heat and pour into cooled pie shell. Serve with whipped cream. |
