4-LAYER DESSERT 
1st Layer (Crust):

1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Press ingredients in pan.

Bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes at 350°F). Set out and let cool completely.

2nd Layer:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Add powdered sugar to cream cheese with mixer. Blend until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Set in refrigerator to cool.

3rd Layer:

2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Fix pudding as directed with milk (total), then refrigerate.

4th layer:

1 medium Cool Whip

Sprinkle with nuts.
