HILDA'S CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) grated cheddar cheese
1/2 can nacho cheese soup
1/2 c. grated walnuts (substitute parsley or paprika, if desired)

Soften cream cheese; add cheddar cheese and nacho soup. Mix well. Shape into one large ball or two smaller balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll in walnuts, parsley, or paprika. Refrigerate until used.
