SMOKY CHEESE BALL 
1 c. shredded smoked Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 c. shredded American cheese (4 oz.)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives, softened
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
Chopped walnuts
Snipped parsley
Assorted crackers

Bring Cheddar and American cheeses to room temperature. In mixer bowl beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce on medium speed of electric mixer. Beat in Cheddar and American cheeses. Chill at least 1 hour.

Shape cheese mixture into a ball; garnish with chopped walnuts and snipped parsley, pressing lightly over outside of ball. Wrap in clear plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 3 to 24 hours (or seal, label and freeze).
