OLIVE-CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) blue cheese
1/4 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. chopped ripe olives, well drained
1 tbsp. chives, snipped
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Blend cream cheese, blue cheese and butter. Stir in olives and chives. Chill slightly and form in a ball. Chill well. Press walnuts over ball. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 3 cups.
