SUET PUDDING 
1/2 c. molasses
Fill cup with sugar
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. suet
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
(Or 1 c. sweet milk with baking powder)
Mix thick with flour

Steam 3 hours.

SAUCE FOR PUDDING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. boiling water
1 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar and starch together. Then add to boiling water.
