ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
4 c. white bread crumbs

Cream butter with sugar; add eggs and pineapple. Fold in white bread. Bake in buttered casserole 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be layered with cheddar cheese or white cheddar. Excellent with ham. Can be made the night before and baked the next day. Serves 8 to 10.
