VERMICELLI SALAD 
1 lb. vermicelli noodles
1 c. Italian dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Garlic salt, seasoned salt & pepper to taste

Break noodles in half and boil until cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add Italian dressing and mix well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate. Shrimp can be added if you like.
